Children ages 8-12 are invited to join STEAM for Tweens, a new science program designed to engage young minds to think like a scientist. STEAM  for Tweens will meet at 4 pm in the Pokagon Room on the second level of the library.

Halloween Escape Room:  Some ghoul has stolen all the Halloween candy. Trick or treating is going to be ruined unless you save the day! Luckily, the Halloween trickster has left behind a series of clues. Solve them and they will reveal the hidden candy stash. Can you put your brain to work solving these Halloween mysteries? Or should we just feed your brains to the zombies and accept the fact that Halloween is doomed?? Your teacher believes that you can save Halloween and SAVE THE CANDY!
