Who: Babies/preschoolers ages 0-5; children ages 6-11; teens ages 12-17; adults 18+

Challenge: Each age group will compete to see who can make the longest “friendship” chain. For every 100 minutes read (as a group), a link will be added to the chain. Check our Facebook page to see the progress!

Each patron will receive a weekly log to keep track of how many minutes you read. Your goal is to turn in your log sheet each week on Monday. When you turn in your reading log on time, you will be entered into a weekly prize drawing, where a winner from each age group will be randomly selected. (Babies/Preschoolers and Children will be combined into one group for the purposes of the weekly prize drawings) You are not required to turn in your weekly reading log. Not turning in a weekly reading log forfeits your chance of being entered into the weekly prize. But you must turn in at least one log to be entered into the grand prize.

Grand Prize: A grand prize winner will be randomly selected from each age group on Tuesday, August 8th. Each winner will receive a gift basket of age-appropriate fun/educational games.
