Rail Travel in the Early 20th Century

The Van Buren Regional Genealogical Society will host presenter Mark Tomlonson from the Kalamazoo Model Railroad Historical Society On Sat. October 15, 2022 at 11am. His presentation will represent a first-class rail trip from Hartford to New Orleans for Mardi Gras and will also highlight what rail travel was like for those that did not travel first class. Mark has extensive knowledge and passion for railroad history. He has presented to numerous historic and civic organizations as well as at the Gilmore Care Museum.
